A cosy desktop gardening game
Plant mystery packets, build a growing collection, and play at your own pace through every season—even while the game is closed.

Molly runs the local seed shop, and she has made a bit of a mess of her latest delivery. Most of the labels have been mixed up, so many of the seeds you find begin as complete mysteries.
Plant them, wait to see what grows, and identify each new variety. Once you do, Molly can start stocking it properly in future deliveries—turning every discovery into a small piece of the shop’s recovery.
“I’m almost certain this one is a flower. Or a vegetable. Let’s call it a surprise.”— Molly, probably

The surprise matters, but endless duplicates do not. Mystery Packets strongly favour plants you have not discovered yet, making the Journal feel steadily achievable rather than arbitrary.
Plant, wait, harvest and discover. Everything else is there when you feel like going deeper.

Pick a packet from Molly’s mixed-up delivery.
Give the unknown seed a place in your garden.
Time keeps moving, even while the game is closed.
Harvest the plant and add its identity to your Journal.
Once identified, Molly can stock it properly in later deliveries.
Greenhouse propagation · Skill Tree choices · optional errands · Feats · Prize Blooms · garden upgrades
Propagation gives valuable known seeds a future beyond one planting. Unlock four trays, fill sixteen duplication cells, and improve the process through the Skill Tree.
Warm Glass changes the working pace. Green Fingers improves premium output. The Greenhouse keeps progressing while you are away, just like the garden outside.

Let Deskairo settle into a quiet, low-clutter garden view while you work, study, stream or simply leave it nearby on a second monitor.
It is still the game—just happy to become part of the room for a while.
Deskairo Grow is designed to be there when you want it—and entirely comfortable when you do not.
There are no dying crops because you forgot to check the game. No energy limits, no streak pressure, no urgent alerts, and no punishment for disappearing for a few days.
Plants continue growing while the game is closed. When you return, a compact summary tells you what happened, then lets you carry on without turning absence into a problem.
You can optimise nothing. The garden will still be pleased to see you.
Plant a few seeds, collect anything ready, check Molly’s latest delivery, then carry on with your day.
Complete errands, plan Greenhouse propagation, spend Skill Points, collect Feat rewards, and work on the Journal.
Leave the seasonal garden on a second monitor like a calm screensaver. It asks for nothing while you work.

Current-build seasonal landscapes, cosy pages, hand-tuned progression, and Molly keeping an eye on the packets.

The concept, game design, mechanics, characters, progression, writing, UI direction and overall creative direction behind Deskairo Grow are my own.
I have used AI extensively during development, and I would rather be completely open about it. Code has been directed, generated, reviewed and tested against an extensive GDD that I continue to maintain. AI is a development tool here—not something I asked to invent a game for me.
The artwork follows the same approach. I created an artboard and look book to define the palette, composition and visual rules, then worked across crops, characters, environments, seasons and UI to keep them coherent. Assets are cleaned up, corrected, animated, painted over and sometimes substantially redrawn in Affinity and LibreSprite.
AI made a project of this scale possible for one developer. The finished game is still the result of a lot of direction, iteration, editing—and quite a few evenings wondering where the sun has gone.
